GAPS Diet

My wellness Dr. suggested I get this book and it was a real eye opener.  It talks about how grains and wheat and sugar are really inflammatory.  The diet she suggests is supposedly helpful for Crohn's patients so I've been trying it.

Bananas (ripe only with brown spots on the skin)
